§ 91. Permitted uses.

Any use set forth in the R-1, R-1A, or R-1B zone shall be permitted in the R-2 zone provided that such uses shall be subject to the requirements of such R zone. A structure in an R-2 zone can contain two (2) dwelling units which are subject to the restrictions and regulations of the R-1 zone. However, only one (1) structure can be built per lot.
