§ 181.2. Permitted uses.

The following uses are permitted uses in the downtown overlay district:

(a)

All uses allowed by the base-zoning district of the parcel.

(b)

On any parcel where the base-zoning is B-1 or B-2, the following uses may be allowed as a conditional use granted under section 131.4 or 141.4 of this appendix:

(a)

Bar, pubs, taverns, brew pubs, or public entertainment;

(b)

Hotel or bed and breakfast;

(c)

Massage establishment as defined in section 13-145;

(d)

Residential uses;

(e)

Tobacco retailer as defined in section 13-2;

(f)

Tattoo artist and/or body piercing establishments as defined in section 13-2.
