§ 203. Penalties.

Any person, firm, corporation or other entity violating any provision of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, City of Winder, Georgia, shall be punished in accordance with section 1-8 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Winder, Georgia. Each offense shall constitute a separate offense for each day such violation shall continue.
