§ 13-17. Penalty of article violation.

Any person violating any provisions of this article shall, upon conviction before the city judge, be fined in an amount not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not exceeding thirty (30) days, either or both, in the discretion of the city judge.
