§ 13-88. Penalties.

Any pawnbroker or person running a pawnshop or employee thereof violating the provisions of this article shall be punished as provided by section 1-8, and in addition the recorder or the mayor and council may also, on proper proof, revoke the license of any pawnbroker violating the provisions of any law or ordinance pertaining to pawnbrokers.
