§ 15-193. Removal of motor vehicles from public property.

The police department shall have the right to take possession of vehicles which are in violation of this chapter from public property and streets which are a threat to the safety and welfare of the public or private property, blocking access to fire hydrants, driveways, and the like, without prior notice.
