§ 23-69. Prohibition of the discharge of hazardous waste.

(a)

The discharge into the POTW of a substance which, if otherwise disposed of, would be hazardous waste under 40 CFR, Part 261, is prohibited.

(b)

The discharge into the POTW of a substance which, although not a hazardous waste in the concentrations at which it is discharged, accumulates in treatment plant sludges to an extent sufficient to cause the plant sludge to be classified a hazardous waste under 40 CFR, Part 261, is prohibited.
