§ 28-30. Submission of preliminary plat.

Following preapplication consultation in connection with a proposed land subdivision, the subdivider shall submit to the planning commission the following:
(a)

Plat, other documents. The preliminary plat and other documents as specified hereinafter;

(b)

Letter. A letter requesting review and approval of the preliminary plat and giving the name and address of a person to whom the notice of a hearing by the planning commission on the preliminary plat shall be sent; and

(c)

Filing fee. A preliminary plat filing fee of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) plus three dollars ($3.00) per lot.
