§ 28-71. Blocks.  


Latest version.
  • The length of a block in a subdivision shall not exceed twelve hundred (1200) feet or be less than four hundred (400) feet, and the width shall be sufficient to provide for two (2) tiers of lots, but irregularly shaped lots indented by cul-de-sac streets and containing interior parks will be acceptable when properly designed and provision made for maintenance of such interior parks.
