§ 30-57. Same—Appeal.

The owner or operator of a taxicab shall be entitled to a hearing before the mayor and council upon application therefor, for said body to determine whether or not the suspension of his permit to operate a taxicab shall be made permanent or not within the city; provided such application is filed with the city clerk within five (5) days from the date of suspension by the mayor.
