§ 3-106. Types of beer, ale, or malt beverage licenses.

Latest version.

Licenses for the sale of beer, ale and other malt beverages shall be of three (3) kinds, to wit:
(1)

Manufacturer;

(2)

Wholesaler;

(3)

Retail by the package;

(4)

Retail for consumption on premises; and

(5)

Brew pubs.
