§ 5-139. Failure to correct defects.

Any person who shall fail to correct any defect in his work, after having been duly notified for ten (10) days by the building inspector acting as electrical inspector, shall not receive any further permit until such defect has been corrected; and in any case in which any person shall continue to violate this chapter or the orders of said officer touching the same, the license of such person shall be forfeited.
