§ 30-49. Application—Contents; filing.

An application for a taxicab permit shall be in writing, addressed to the mayor and council and shall be filed with the city clerk or his/her designee. It shall contain the full name and address of the applicant, and if the applicant is a corporation, the names of its officers. It shall also state the business to be engaged in, the location from which the business is to be operated, the type of equipment to be used, the maximum number of passengers each vehicle is manufactured to carry, the number of vehicles to be operated and such other information as may be requested by the mayor and council.
